Complete our online ordering form

Our online ordering form is secure and allows you to customize your cremation package as you see fit. It can be completed in minutes, and if you have any questions during the ordering process, our team team is on stand by to help you through the process.

Complete the required forms

Before cremation can be carried out, you’ll need to fill out and sign a few forms for state regulatory reasons. We will gather and provide you with these forms – all you need to do is fill them out and send them back to us.

We handle the rest

Once your order is placed and all paperwork has been completed, our team will take it from there. When death occurs, we will send a licensed team to recover the decedent’s body, provide safe-keeping in a refrigerated facility, and finally, transportation to the crematory. Following cremation, cremated remains can be picked up in person at our facility (free), or we can deliver them anywhere in the U.S. (extra charges apply).
